50ml Seven Seals Single Malt Spirit Peated Port Wood Finish
20ml agave syrup
30ml rooibos and fruit tea
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters

This is also the case with your “Peated Port Wood Finish” bottling! This impresses with a beautiful blend of strong peat smoke and the gentle fruitiness of the port wine.
I combined this with a mix of roiboos and fruit teas, fresh lime juice and agave syrup, as well as some Angostura bitters to make “The Quilt Room” cocktail.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with dried flower petals.
