50ml Seven Seals Cask Proof Double Wood Finish
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml agave syrup
40ml apple juice
20ml Aqua Faba

In Switzerland, Seven Seals conjures up fantastic single malts that mature in a very special way – like the cask-strength Peated Double Wood Single Malt. With a hint of peat smoke and a light, fruity sweetness of honey.
I combined it with agave syrup, apple, lemon and fluffy foam to make my “Autumn Peaty Sour”.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
