50ml Seven Seals Single Malt Port Wood Finish 40ml Campari infused with miso paste 40ml vermouth infused with mango

Seven Seals, located between the Swiss mountains, has been producing fantastic and very special single malts for a few years now.
One of these malt spirits was finished in former port wine barrels. This creates a fruity, full-bodied taste.

I combined this single malt with a Campari infused with miso paste and vermouth infused with mango to create the “Far East Fusion” cocktail.

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until the drink is ice cold.

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a piece of nori leaf.
