The Beaveroni is our interpretation of the classic Negroni. Instead of gin, we use Beaver’s Dram, a Canadian rye whisky matured for four years with a port wood finish. The result is a cocktail that is round, accessible and yet full of character.

Select Aperitivo adds a pleasantly balanced bitter note, while La Copa Vermouth provides additional depth with its spicy complexity. Together with the Beaver’s Dram, the result is a harmoniously balanced drink that preserves the character of the original while adding new accents.
