50ml Seven Seals Zodiac Age of Virgo Single Malt Spirit
15ml Pineapple Rum
20ml Pineapple Syrup
2 dash Orange Bitters
With the Age of Virgo from the Zodiac Line by Seven Seals Innovation, I have dedicated myself to one of the oldest cocktails, the Old Fashioned, and varied it with tropical pineapple to create the Pineapple Malt Fashioned.
To do this, I combined the Sauternes Wood matured single malt spirit with pineapple rum, pineapple syrup and orange bitters.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with rosemary.
