The Seven Seals “The Age of Taurus” is part of the Zodiac Line and was finished with Triple Wood, Double Tawny Port. It is a smoky port bomb: intense, earthy toasted smoky notes, playful bitterness
I have combined this single malt with saffron, lemon and ginger beer to create a fresh, sparkling cocktail.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a highball glass over ice and garnish with lemon zest and saffron threads.
