15ml Himbeer Sirup
10ml Apfelessig
2 dash Creole Bitters

A wonderfully full-bodied, smoky, round cocktail with a strong character.
The base: the smoky-sweet Age of Taurus single malt combined with amaro, raspberry, a hint of apple cider vinegar and Creole bitters.
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Strain into a coupette garnished with raspberry powder.
