50ml Beavers Dram Rye Whisky
20ml cane sugar syrup
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml Aqua Faba
The Whisky Sour has been an absolute favorite for years. Whether with scotch, bourbon or – as today – with the rye whisky, Beaver’s Dram, this cocktail never disappoints!
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Then strain into a tumbler over ice and serve garnished with a lemon twist.
