50ml Seven Seals Zodiac Age of Aquarius Single Malt
25ml rosé vermouth
20ml blackberry syrup
30ml black tea (cooled)
2 dash cherry bitters
2 pinches sea salt
Smoky, fruity and complex
Mixologist David Gran has chosen a special single malt for this exceptional cocktail: the Age of Aquarius from the Zodiac line. Its smoky character, paired with fine chocolate notes, forms the perfect foundation. This is joined by black tea, rosé vermouth, blackberry syrup and cherry bitters – a dark, fruity composition with depth and elegance.
