Fresh lemon, honey-ginger syrup, and the refined whisky notes of Seven Seals Capricorn come together in a perfectly balanced drink – perfect for cool evenings and special moments.
Recipe:
50 ml Seven Seals Capricorn
25 ml fresh lemon juice
25 ml honey-ginger syrup
Method:
Shake all ingredients hard with ice and strain over fresh ice.
Garnish with candied ginger or lemon zest, if desired.

St. Andrew’s Day at Seven Seals Embassy Aficionado 🥃
On Saturday, we were invited to host a special tasting and pairing at a client’s venue in Poland. Together, we celebrated St. Andrew’s Day with a touch of mystique — including traditional wax and ash fortune-telling.
🔥 We paired a limited Avo cigar and its terz with our Seven Seals whiskies, reading fortunes from the cigar ash throughout the experience.
🍨 To round off the night, we served a Coffee Cream dessert with vanilla ice cream and crumbled Ovo-Bites.
Everyone enjoyed the evening, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
