St. Andrew’s Day at Seven Seals Embassy Aficionado 🥃
On Saturday, we were invited to host a special tasting and pairing at a client’s venue in Poland. Together, we celebrated St. Andrew’s Day with a touch of mystique — including traditional wax and ash fortune-telling.
🔥 We paired a limited Avo cigar and its terz with our Seven Seals whiskies, reading fortunes from the cigar ash throughout the experience.
🍨 To round off the night, we served a Coffee Cream dessert with vanilla ice cream and crumbled Ovo-Bites.
Everyone enjoyed the evening, and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Seven Seals Libra meets Rob Roy
The Rob Roy has been a staple of cocktail culture since the late 19th century.
First created in 1894 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, it was named after the Scottish folk hero and freedom fighter Rob Roy MacGregor. 🍸
An elegant drink that combines the depth of whisky with the sweetness of red vermouth and the spice of Angostura. Stirred in a mixing glass, served in a coupette, and garnished with a fresh orange zest – classic, stylish, timeless.
Recipe:
40 ml Seven Seals Libra
25 ml Red Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura
