50ml Seven Seals "Age of Aries" single malt spirit
20ml elderflower liqueur
15ml lion plum brandy
20ml pandan syrup
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml Aqua Faba
With their Zodiac Line, the makers of Seven Seals have created some very special single malt spirits.
Because they have created a bottling for each astrological sign.
This is also the case with “The Age of Aries” bottling, which has been given a port wood finish.
I combined these with Löhr plum brandy, elderflower liqueur, pandan, lemon and a light foam to create the “Zen Blossom Sour”.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with a dried flower.
