With the Zodiac Age of Leo, the makers of Seven Seals Innovation Global have once again produced a fantastic single malt spirit!
This time with a nice smooth sherry finish!
I took this as a model and created the “The Lion likes it Smooth” cocktail with this wonderful spirit.
I combined the Swiss distillate with peach, lime and a lime and cucumber foam.
Pour the single malt, syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a cocktail glass with ice, top with foam and garnish with mint.
