20ml pear liqueur
10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml vanilla syrup
20ml Aqua Faba

To present the Age of Zodiac Single Malt “Sagittarius” in a very special way, I have transformed it into a cocktail that fits perfectly into the winter mood: the Snow Pear.
This Sagitarius single malt combines the aromas of American oak and a sherry wood finish, giving it a warm, spicy note with a subtle sweetness. “Snow Pear” cocktail – with pear liqueur, lemon, vanilla and a fluffy foam that pampers the palate. A pleasure that warms and enchants.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with a dried pear.
