Single malt from Seven Seals Innovation Global has been around for a few years – but now there’s something new from the Swiss!

This time the base is sugar cane, but here too the focus is on barrel ageing. This is because Rumundo is rum.

I combined the Signature Edition of this blended rum with fruity port wine, a reduction of pale ale beer, Italian amaro, banana and lime to create the “Signature of the Devil” cocktail.

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with caramelized banana.
