The Matcha Sour is a tropical cocktail variation that brings summer into your glass.
For this drink, I combined Rumundo Rum in the Bold Edition from Seven Seals Innovation Global with falernum, pineapple, lemon and a fluffy foam, as well as matcha and cherry bitters.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a cocktail bowl and garnish with matcha.
