50ml Seven Seals Zodiac "Age of Cancer" single malt
20ml agave syrup
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cherry tomatoes
8 basil leaves
The next single malt spirit from Seven Seals’ Zodiac Line is used in a very special cocktail.
This time I chose the Age of Cancer for the zodiac sign Cancer. This is a peated single malt, with sherry maturation.
I combined this with cherry tomatoes, basil, agave syrup and lemon to make the “Giro D’Italia” cocktail.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with basil.
