Seven Seals Innovation in Switzerland not only produces single malt, but has also been making rum under the name “Rumundo” for quite some time now.
I sat down with the Bright Edition and created the “Amber Shore Cocktail”.
I combined Smoothen Rum with Amaro Montenegro, sea buckthorn liqueur, verjus and orange bitters.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with colorful flowers.
