30ml Seven Seals Single Malt Spirit Sherry Wood Finish
25ml Gentian liqueur
25ml Vermouth
4 drops of saline solution
A powerful combination from the Swiss mountains – the “Alpine Highlands” cocktail.
For this, I combined the single malt from Seven Seals Innovation Global with a sherry wood finish with gentian liqueur, Riesling vermouth and brine.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tumbler with ice and garnish with rosemary.
