Port Old Fashioned 🥃
Classic, rich, and fruit-forward: Seven Seals Port Wood meets Ruby Port and Angostura — an Old Fashioned twist with extra depth.
Recipe
• 40 ml Seven Seals Port Wood
• 10 ml Ruby Port
• 5 ml sugar syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice in a rocks glass until well chilled.
Garnish
Orange zest

• 1 cl Ruby Port
• 0.5 cl Zuckersirup
• 2 Dash Angostura

Alle Zutaten im Tumbler mit Eis kalt rühren.

Gemini Tea Fizz
The base is our Gemini. Combined with lemon and black tea syrup, it creates an exciting interplay of citrus, sweetness and a lively fizz from the soda. Egg white rounds it all off, adding a silky, smooth texture.
Recipe
• 40 ml Seven Seals Gemini
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 25 ml black tea syrup
• 20 ml egg white
• top with soda water
Method
Shake hard without ice, then shake again with ice.
Fine strain into a highball over fresh ice and top with soda water.
Garnish
Lemon wedge (optional: edible flowers)

Gemini Tea Fizz
Die Basis bildet unser Gemini. In Kombination mit Zitrone und Schwarztee-Sirup entsteht ein spannendes Zusammenspiel aus Zitrus, Süsse und Spritzigkeit durch das Soda. Abgerundet wird der Drink durch Eiweiss, das für eine seidenartige Textur sorgt.
Rezept
• 4 cl Seven Seals Gemini
• 3 cl Zitronensaft
• 2.5 cl Schwarztee-Sirup •
2 cl Eiweiss
• mit Soda Water aufgiessen
Zubereitung
Ohne Eis kräftig shaken, dann mit Eis nochmals shaken. In ein Longdrinkglas auf frisches Eis abseihen und mit Soda Water auffüllen.

Zitronenspalte (optional: Blüten)
